Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. We also offer porch pickup for local orders.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Basically|KC guarantees quality merchandise, and will gladly accept a return if product is damaged upon arrival.
- Products must be within 10 days of order date, in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with tags and in original packaging.
- Monetary refunds are only available if item is damaged and the item is out of stock and we can not exchange.
- Once the item(s) for return is(are) received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a credit to your account. Refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after receiving the return.

All sales are final, and cannot be cancelled once order is placed.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale Accounts are usually set up within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday). Please allow us time to go through all the applications and make sure your business meets all the criteria. If you do not hear back within 4-5 business days please email us to make sure there was not a problem! Please allow additional time during Holidays. By signing up as a wholesale account, you agree to the following guidelines, please note anyone not adhering to these will have their account cancelled. We will not accept anyone that has a vinyl or print businesses that make their own shirts. We do not offer zip code protection at this time.
Minimums: $150 first order (Minimum of 12 pieces), following orders, 4 minimum PER DESIGN and PER ORDER (we cannot add on to a previous order). Add-ons are only allowed if order hasn't shipped, and will ship separately with additional shipping costs.
Pictures: $25 fee to use model photos- no fee to use mockups (if applicable).You must watermark or you will not be allowed to use Basically|KC’s photos. If you are caught not using a watermark, your account will be cancelled and it will be a $75 fee to reinstate.
Ordering: You must place your order through the website and if the inventory is not there, you must request a restock. You can run items in your group, but inventory is not guaranteed. We will not accept orders made through emails or messages. It is a 7-10 business day turn around time. Please do not email asking where your order is, unless it has passed that time frame.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns, except when an error is made or an item has a defect. You must send an email with pictures within 3 days of receiving merchandise. We are not responsible for items damaged by your customer. We will not accept any worn tees back. A return label will be sent out to ship the damaged item back. No cash refunds. Anything sent back damaged will receive a replacement of that same tee. If tee is no longer in stock, we will issue a credit to your account.
Basically|KC Amazon, Ebay & Buy in Group Policy: Selling Basically|KC on platforms such as Amazon & Ebay is strictly prohibited. If we find out you are selling on any unauthorized platforms, your account will be revoked.
Pricing: Pricing must be a minimum of double wholesale cost. You may offer % off on products and sales, but the retail price has to be at least double. New releases must not be put on sale for at least 30 days. Anyone selling under retail will have their account cancelled.
Shipping: Shipping costs will be invoiced to you separately once your order is complete.
DISCOUNT CODES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON WHOLESALE ORDERS. Any orders placed with a discount code will be invoiced the difference/order will be cancelled.
